Policy is live. Students may NOT enter in Policy and Congress. Students MAY enter in Policy and Extemp. Students DEFINITELY CAN NOT ENTER IN POLICY and LD OR PFD. 

Students may enter in Policy and any completely pre-recorded Speech event.

Break up to half the field with a winning record up to double Octafinals, with a 2-hour decision deadline. Judges are obligated through the first two elims. Strike Cards available for Sems and Finals if judging pool warrants.
