Dates & Deadlines

Due May 15: 

-Complete payment or PO (postmarked by May 15 or paid via credit card by May 15)

-Choice for method of judge bond return (check or credit)

-Entries in main events (including WSD) and BQ

-Judges (with Tabroom accounts)

-Entries must have Tabroom accounts

-Entry Release forms (uploaded on the Entries tab)

-OO and Info manuscript and bibliography signed and uploaded

-Interp highlighted original source, intro, and works cited (if required) uploaded + final cutting copy uploaded

-Supps entries

-Optional orders for Nationals t-shirts that will be shipped to you at no extra cost

Between May 15 - May 22:

If you make changes to your entry that result in you owing less money than you paid, 100% of your costs will be refunded if those changes are made before the end of the day on May 15. If those changes are made between May 16 and the end of the day on May 22, 50% of your costs may be refunded. After May 22, all payments are final. 

Due May 24:

Online registration closes May 15, and alternates will be notified beginning immediately. Alternates have seven (7) days to commit to entry once notified, or they will forfeit their qualification. Deadline for registration of alternates is May 24.

June 1: 

Any entries missing required registration materials or payment will be dropped from the tournament on June 1.
