         2:45 p.m.               Distribute all ballots to judges / start reassigns

         3:00-3:30 p.m.        Novice Judge Clinic     

         3:00-4:45 p.m.        Debate Round 1

         3:00-6:00 p.m.        Congress Session 1

         4:45-6:30 p.m.        Debate Round 2

         6:30-8:15 p.m.        Debate Round 3

         6:15-9:15 p.m.        Congress Session 2
