Schedule: Due to the huge response to the MidWest Online Regional, we have decided to add an additional elimination round if time allows. This additional elimination round would be fairer to determine the top students, as there are currently 101 students entered in the competition. Finals will occur at 7 pm no matter what. We will make the decision about adding a Double-Octofinals round at 1pm and notify you then. The ONLY way we stay on time so that your students can all participate is if everyone is ready to check-in at 7:30, enters their ballots quickly, and keeps eachother accountable during debates. Judges need to submit ballots ASAP the last speech ends. Remember that you can add more comments later. If you’re curious, if we fail to stay on time up to FIVE 4-1’s will not clear to octofinals.
