Submit Congressional Debate Legislation

Using the templates provided on the uploaded file tabs, schools may submit legislation for congressional debate. Schools should submit no more than 2 pieces of legislation for debate, and must submit by registration deadlines in order to allow the committee time to review and publish the legislation if found acceptable for debate.

Please remember that legislation should be of a national character and nature and not too esoteric or arcane. Consult NSDA's website for tips on writing legislation if in doubt.

Please email the legislation to the committee chair, Steven Wang (steven.wang@hallco.org).  He will send to the rest of the committee and accepted legislation will be posted to the website ASAP after review.
