Congress Schedule

We will be doing 2 sessions and the top from each session will go on to Nationals.

House---As many houses as we can get with entries. (as many entries as your team has earned with strength)

Senate: 2 entries per school allowed (usually we only have one Senate, but if we get enough numbers could split it)
