DCI - JV Division - Information

No longer titled “Sophomores” – entries must consist of debates in their first or second year of competition only.

Entries will be capped at 24 and initially reserved for schools that have qualified to the DCI proper.

A first entry to the JV division will be awarded to each school with a team qualified to the DCI proper before awarding second entries.

The tournament will be 6 rounds only and power matched high-low with a randomized 1st round pairing.

One judge covers two teams.
