Address and Directions

All Policy, Lincoln-Douglas and Public Forum Debates will be held at the Bronx High School of Science which is located at 75 Bronx Science Boulevard, Bronx, NY 10468 between Paul and Goulden Avenues. Please note that “Bronx Science Boulevard” is the same as “West 205^th Street.”

If taking public transportation, please allow enough time to arrive for your rounds, and determine in advance if there is any construction or line changes that might affect your trip.  Our start times will not be adjusted for these issues.  A subway trip from midtown Manhattan to Bronx Science will take about one hour, without accounting for wait time.  For information regarding NYC public transportation, check:  MTA Home Page

To Bronx Science

For travel by public transportation to Bronx Science, take the #4 or D/B train to the Bedford Park Blvd stop. Walk west on Bedford Park Boulevard (towards Lehman College) and turn right on Paul Avenue.  The school is about a 10 minute walk from the train station.

To PS/MS 95

On Saturday only Congressional Debates and Speech Events will be held at PS/MS 95 which is located at 3961 Hillman Avenue Bronx, NY 10463, which is a 10 minute walk from Bronx Science.  Sunday Congressional Debates and Speech Events will be held at Bronx Science.

For travel by public transportation to PS/MS 95, take the #4 to the Mosholu Parkway stop.  Walk west on Mosholu Parkway to the school.  The school is less than 10 minutes from the train station.

From Bronx Science to PS/MS 95, make a right on 205th Street, then walk north on Golden Avenue toward Mosholu Parkway. Turn left on Sedgwick Avenue. The school is less than 10 minutes from Bronx Science.

Parking

There is street parking around Bronx Science (especially along Goulden Avenue by the reservoir).  On Friday, it may be challenging to find a spot so please plan accordingly.  Beginning on Friday after 3:00 pm and for the remainder of the weekend, the Bronx Science faculty parking lot located behind the school will be open, the entrance is on Paul Avenue.

Note: There is no parking available in the faculty parking lot on Friday before 3:00 pm. Please do not count on availability in the lot before that time.

PS/MS 95 has a modest parking lot behind the school and there is street parking as well.
