Parliamentary Debate topic areas

Hello All!

Here are the topic areas for the 2019 WolfCub Invitational.  During your 20 minutes of prep you may consult any and all printed and/or electronically archived material you have researched on these topics.  During the actual debate, you may only use material you have transcribed during prep time on to the actual color paper provided by the tournament.  

     We hope this fosters the process of research and learning about topic areas and then speaking extemporaneously on the topics within the format structure of parliamentary debate.
