Due April 1:

Congress legislation

Due May 1: 

-Complete payment (postmarked by May 1 or paid via credit card by May 1)

-Choice for method of judge bond return (check or credit)

-Entries in main events (including WSD) and BQ

-Judges (with Tabroom accounts)

-Entry Release forms (uploaded on the Entries tab)

-OO and Info manuscript and bibliography uploaded and signed

-Interp highlighted original source, intro, and works cited (if required) uploaded

NOTE: A $200 LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ANY MISSING INFO DUE MAY 1

Between May 1 - May 8:

If you make changes to your entry that result in you owing less money than you paid, 100% of your costs will be refunded if those changes are made before the end of the day on May 1. If those changes are made between May 2 and the end of the day on May 8, 50% of your costs may be refunded. After May 8, all payments are final. 

Due May 15:

-Optional orders for meal tickets (can only be pre-purchased through registration system)

-Optional pre-orders for Nationals t-shirts

Due May 24:

-Alternates will begin to be notified that they may register on May 8. They must commit to attendance within 7 days. Their full registration is due on May 24.

Due June 1:

-Supps entries

-Final piece information (any changes must have been re-uploaded to the system)
