Hello Everyone,

This email contains several important updates and reminders for the 2019 PKD Biennial. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Registration

Closes on TODAY at 11:59pm.

You may make changes to your entries without penalty until March 4, 2019 at 8:00am. Any changes to your entry after this date will be subject to a penalty fee (amount increases as we draw closer to the tournament) as outlined in full in the invitation.

ALL ENTRIES will initially be marked as waitlisted, pending verification of your institution and the membership status of each participant.  You will be informed automatically as entries are admitted off the waitlist and confirmed entry.

Title IX Reminder

As announced at NCA, this year each team will need to submit verification from their institution that all participants have completed their institution’s Title IX training. We recognize that this looks different across institutions so please contact your Title IX office to determine which training method best suits your need. Verification of training must be provided at registration.

Hotel Update

The Long Island Marriott is COMPLETELY BOOKED but the other two hotel still have rooms left. The deadline to secure a room using the PKD Block at these locations is fast approaching so if you have not already please call them ASAP.

Coach Participation Opportunities

If you are wanting to participate in any of the opportunities available to coaches and/or judges at the PKD Biennial please make sure to add these to your judge notes in Tabroom ASAP. This includes: Alumni Showcases, Professional Development Sessions, and the Mentorship Series.
