Change in LD judge process

It seems as if, because we're posting the schematics on the web and blasting assignments, judges who aren't assigned are not coming to judge call. Since often assigned judges don't show up for one reason or another, this makes it impossible to do reassignments. Henceforth we ask that all judges come to McCosh Judge Assembly for assignments, and stay until released. Unfortunately, this means that we will have to fine any judges who are assigned ballots, even if they're not the original assignees. Sorry about that. The point is, all judges are required to attend judge call.

Ballots are available a half hour before rounds are scheduled. The rest of today is: NLD 1:30 ballots, rd at 2:00; VLD 3:30 ballots, rd at 4; NLD 5:30 ballots, rd at 6; V and N LD ballots at 7:30, rd at 8:00. Aside from the rush going from rd 5 to rd 6 on NLD tonight, this is an extremely luxurious schedule, so there's really no reason why everyone shouldn't be able to make it. Let me know if this is not the case.
