Box Lunch Order Form

We are providing the option for schools to pre-order box meals for their students on  during the tournament. 

Dinner Friday consists of either cheese/pepperoni pizza (2 slices) and a pop for $5

Lunch Saturday will consist of either a ham, turkey, veggiw sandwich, apple, bag of chips, and a soft drink.  Condiments will be available for sandwiches and students will be able to choose from a variety of chips and drinks.  

Prices for the dinner will be $5 and for lunch will be $6.00 and must be paid as part of tournament registration fees.  Your school will be responsible for the cost of all lunches pre-ordered.  Orders must be received no later than September 27th at 5:00 pm.
