Hotel Information/Hotel Fee

TLDR:

1 - Book rooms early. Email Aaron Timmons (timmonsa@greenhill.org) with reservation/hotel concerns.

2 – Email Aaron Timmons to indicate you are staying at the tournament hotel to have the fee removed. DO NOT include the hotel fee in your check if you are staying at the host hotel.

We strongly encourage you to stay at the Dallas/Addison Marriott Quorum (phone - 972.661.2800).  The tournament rate is $90.00 for a king or double room. The hotel will be providing free internet for all attendees in guest rooms and public spaces. In addition, the hotel can provide shuttles for those in need of a ride to the school. While the hotel is only a 5 minute drive from the school, we understand that in tight times, schools may need to cut costs and the hotel is working with us to do just that and maximize savings for you. The hotel is also providing a continental breakfast on Monday morning. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.
