DROPS

·         These are the drops from the two schools who dropped Thursday night as well as a couple of other drops that came in while the tournament was being put back together. If you have any of these numbers in your rounds, they’re not coming. Please just write the word DROP in that space on your Master Ballot and give no rank or rate there.

·         If you want to check on a missing kid, you may text the tournament director at 859-396-0646 at 90 minutes or further into the round. Include missing competitor’s number and who you are. If you ask that question before 90 minutes in the round, you won’t be answered as it will be assumed the kid is on the way, doubling, lost but getting help, etc.

·         All rooms have 5 to 7 competitors. The computer is set to count no rank greater than a 5 (“truncate” is the term), even if the competitor receives a 6 or a 7. This keeps the rooms fairly balanced without having to do the entire tournament and all its paper and stuffing and assignments over late Thursday night / early Friday morning.
