The official tournament hotel will be the Stratford Inn. Any schools that are flying in should be able to walk from the hotel to the high school in less than 10 minutes. The hotel has offered $120 plus tax per room for up to four kids per room. 

 

Stratford said the traveling chaperone will need to contact them to book the rooms on a first come first serve basis since they're treating this as individual group bookings. You will need to book through the primary group coordinator, Brett. Please contact him at your earliest convenience using the information below.

 

Space at the Stratford is limited; if you are local or will have access to van transportation, please consider using any of the other local hotels, including the Hampton Inn and Suites, Quality Inn, and Holiday Inn Express, which are all within 5 miles of the tournament location. For discount options, there is also a Super 8 and a Motel 6 within the same radius.
