The following events will follow NSDA rules (www.speechanddebate.org):

Congressional Debate 

Policy debate will use the NSDA topic for 2017-2018- Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its funding and/or regulation of elementary and/or secondary education in the United States.

Public Forum debate will use the NSDA topic for November (see www.speechanddebate.org ).

Lincoln-Douglas debate will use the NSDA topic for November-December (see www.speechanddebate.org ).

The Lincoln-Douglas novice topic will not be used.
