Novice Policy Evidence

Evidence for Novice policy will be restricted to the NDCA evidence packet.  If you would like any other evidence approved for use, please e-mail the evidence set to peters@damien-hs.edu by October 12. 

If a novice team uses evidence that is not approved they receive a loss for the debate.  If this occurs more than once the team will be disqualified from the tournament.
