Meals / Dietary information

Please supply and dietary information for your scholars and judges. Under the competitor's tab, look on the sidebar for "Dietary Preferences". This will assist us in ordering the meals. especially note any gluten free or lactose free requirements. Please provide this information as quickly as possible so the correct number of meals may be ordered.

Catering provided by Convene at Pegasus Park.

• Breakfast:
• Fruit Trays
• Breakfast Tacos with eggs, and choice of bacon, ham, spinach & mushroom, or vegan tofu "chorizo"
• Lunch:
• Baked Potatoes with choice of ground beef or chicken
• Topics include: Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, Green Onion, Jalapenos, Broccoli, Whipped Butter
• House salad: Mixed Lettuces, Tomatoes, Carrots, Cucumber, Cider Vinaigrette and Ranch Dressing
• Dessert:
• Chocolate Brownies
