Hotel Information

We have again reserved a block of rooms for the tournament at the Atlanta Airport Marriott (4711 Best Rd, Atlanta, GA 30337) — only six minutes from Woodward's campus.

We politely request that all teams that have the ability to do so stay with us at our tournament hotel. 

The block rate is $98 (plus tax, if applicable) per night for 1-4 persons. This rate includes complimentary internet access. To receive tournament rates, please call the hotel  (404-766-7900) and mention Woodward Academy Debate 2017. All guests staying at the Atlanta Airport Marriott will be provided with a free shuttle service to and from Woodward on Friday and Saturday. As the tournament hotel also offers a free and efficient airport shuttle, staying at the tournament enables you to avoid renting a vehicle. Please see the schedule page for more information about the timing and location of Woodward's tournament shuttle.

Sunday elimination rounds will be held at the Atlanta Airport Marriott.

The deadline for the hotel block is 5pm EST on Friday, March 3rd.
