Friday Arrival Info

FRIDAY ARRIVAL INFORMATION

If you plan to arrive before noon, we CANNOT accommodate you. There are fast food restaurants and coffee shops nearby if your team need to wait.

If you plan on arriving between Noon and 2:40pm, please park your bus in the blue rectangle areas highlighted on the map linked here & shown below. After 3:00pm, busses can park in our bus staging area.

Students CANNOT arrive independently of their team before our dismissal time. Please make plans to meet your team at the entrance of the school before walking in together.

Everyone will need to wait in the Auditorium until 3pm and our dismissal process is completely finished. Entering through our main entrance is preferred. A member of our team will walk you & your students through the school to the Auditorium so no one gets lost.

Extemp Draw will begin at 3:15 in the Auditorium, so all extemp competitors will be asked to stay after everyone else has left.
