5th NFA LD Grand Prix

2023 — Denton/Hybrid, TX/US

2023 Student Awards

We have decided to use tabroom to facilitate voting and submissions for our awards.

You can find their descriptions here: https://www.ldgrandprix.com/2023-student-awards

What this means for you:

1. All of your students currently entered in the Varsity Division have now been entered into the All American division.
2. Please submit entries for the Academic All American and the Emerging Debater awards for the relevant event. AAA submissions should indicate the cumulative GPA of your students in the “Topic/Speech” box.
3. Enter your voting delegates in the voting delegate category. This should include all of your varsity debaters (student choice awards) and your single voting delegate for the All American awards. Reminder that the results of the All American awards will also determine the seeding for the presets.

Ballots for AA will open the week of the tournament.

Student Choice Award ballots will be released on Elim day.

For submissions to student awards to be announced at the 2023 LD Grand Prix. See a description of these awards below and on the website.
