Congressional Legislation Docket
Legislation is pre-scheduled per session. Legislation 1-3 will be debated in Round 1. Legislation 4-6 will be debated in Round 2. Legislation 7-9 will not be debated.
Each Congressional Session has its own pre-published legislation. No legislation will be allowed to be introduced from the floor.
Senate will qualify 2 competitors as long as there are a minimum of 6 schools and 10 competitors in the event.
House will qualify 2 competitors if there are 14-29 competitors. House will qualify 4 competitors if there are 30-58 competitors.
