Deadlines/Fees

Fees:

$8 per student per event ($16 for partner events)

$8-$25 per event drop (see below)

$50 annual dues

$200 judge bond (will be returned should judging obligations be met with no no-shows)

Monday, February 20, at 5:00pm: All entries must be registered in Tabroom.There may be no additions made to your entries at this time. You may drop students with no penalty assessed until Wed. Feb 22 at 5:00. Because the website registration is closed, you must email Mackenzie (mackenzie.dixon@rrps.net) to make your drops after this date.

Tuesday, February 21, at 5:00pm:Judge entries are due. We MUST have your judges in as soon as possible so we can assess scheduling for the weekend. All judges must have a Tabroom account.

Wednesday, February 22, at 5:00pm:Last day to drop or switch students with no drop fee. Drop fees of $8 per entry will be accrued on and after this date.

All scripts must be uploaded by this date (DI, HI, Duo, POI, Informative, OO)

All entry fees and dues must be paid or a purchase order must be in to Elise by this date.

Friday, February 24 (start of the tournament)

A $25 drop fee will be incurred if a drop is made or a no-show occurs on or after this date. This fee is because a drop on the day of is directly responsible for causing a tournament to go later than it needs to.

· A no-show is also considered a drop, so make sure all of your entries are correct.
