Extemp info

Hello Extempers! Wow! we have a full house this weekend!

So, several things - PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS!!!!

1. Please check to make sure that you can access the tabroom Campus - you can do this by logging into Tabroom.com. Click on your name at the top, then look on the right side for two little cameras linked to test rooms. Make sure you can be seen and do it with a friend so you can make sure you can be heard. You MUST use Chrome.
2. Draw starts 15 min before the round start time;

   Round 1 Draw begins at 7:45,

   
   

   Round 2 - Draw begins at 11:00

   
   

   Round 3 - Draw begins at 2:15

3. Please be to the “draw” promptly. Unlike a live tournament, online tournament draws wait for no one, be on time! If you are double-entered, go to the other round and leave a message on the chat saying that you are double-entered for round ___, include your name and what speaker you are in that double-entered round. We will post every 8 minutes, so time yourself appropriately.

4. Finally - the draw is on a google doc. There is not an Extemp prep room - it's literally jumping on the google doc - grab your topics and then prep in your own space.

6. Please check the link.... you should see some of the same info as above.... if you cannot, then you will not be able to see the topic draw.
7. Finally, your judges will have a copy of all of the topics. So, you don't have to worry about putting your topic in the chat.
8. Be polite when you go into rooms - have your camera and microphone off.
9. And.... please check the schedule, we are hoping (because of the size of Extemp) to have a semis. Stay tuned for the schedule. It will not in any way change rounds 1, 2, 3
