Individuals wishing to get paid who are judging on behalf of CDL programs OR as hired judges for the tournament must complete the following forms and submit to Lauren Hince (lhince@chicagodebates.org)
a) W9 (once per season) < - PDF linked above
b) Judge Payment Form (once per tournament) < - Google Form linked here
You may complete both forms electronically.
