Round 3: 1968-1972 (significant and important events during this time period. These are the years that Yolanda King, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Martin Luther King,Jr., attend Grady High School, now Midtown High School. Our tournament honors her legacy through the name of the tournament).

Round 4: All Things Jimmy (Midtown HS is located in proximity to the Carter Center, the Jimmy Carter presidential library and research center as well as a promoting peace around the world. This topic area will focus on the name "Jimmy" and the mission of the Carter Center).
