COVID Protocols

We will announce our precise COVID protocols closer to the tournament when we have a better idea of the public health situation at that time.

In the meantime, this is what we expect to do:

Weather permitting, everyone will be encouraged to eat outdoors. In the event that this is not possible, we will designate spaces where people can eat.

All classrooms should have windows open. Most campus rooms have excellent ventilation through the HVAC system. Those that do not have air filters. If there is an air filter, it will be turned on. 

Everyone will be expected to mask indoors when in mixed (not just your school) company. Competitors may unmask while speaking, but should maintain social distancing while unmasked. If anyone in a room (judge/student/coach) is uncomfortable with this, everyone in the room should remain masked. We will always default to the most restrictive/safest standard requested by anyone in a given space. The rule of thumb is to be considerate of the needs of others.

Cloth masks ≠ masks. We will have masks available for those who forget to bring them.

We will try our hardest to avoid ruining your winter break by starting it with COVID.
