• $8 per Individual Event or Congress entry
• $10 per Lincoln-Douglas debater
• $16 per Policy or Public Forum team 
• No Judge Fees, but entries may be reduced for teams not covering with judges.

Entry deadline &
Drop fees

All entries and changes must be received by Wednesday, December 7, 2022 @ 4:00 p.m. MST. 

Adds after this date will incur a $5.00 charge.

Drops afterward will incur a fee of $25.00 per drop until Friday, 8 a.m.

Thereafter the price will increase to $45.00 per drop.

Entry limits

There are no per-school entry caps for speech or debate events.

However, there will be total entry caps, so be sure to sign up early.

If the event in which you are registering your students does reach capacity before the registration deadline, please place them on the waitlist. Since the CSI campus has many rooms, we may be able to offer additional/substitute sections.

Judge Coverage

Individual event and congress, 1 judge covers 6 entries

Lincoln-Douglass, 1 judge covers 4 entries

Policy & public forum, 1 judge covers 2 teams

Having the required number of judges allows a tournament to function properly.  However, we believe that if a school is faced with a lack of judges, that should never be a reason for a student to miss-out on an educational opportunity.  If you are unable to cover your judge obligations, please contact the tournament director.

Hired judge fee

A limited number of hired judges will be available from CSI for $120 per judge
