Observers Are Welcome

All rounds are open to observers so long as they are guests of the tournament - which includes competitors, students, coaches, judges and chaperones.  We expect observers to be respectful to the round participants and silent so as to permit the participants to focus on the round.  Observers may not interact with any participant while the round is in progress which includes the time after the conclusion of the last speech but before the judge makes a decision.  

The tournament staff reserves the right to remove any observer, including any observers deemed to be disruptive to the participants or as a result of space limitations.
