Form Submission Instructions

Please follow the instructions in the screenshot below to upload your School Verification & Media Entry forms. 

If you are still unsure of how to upload the Media Release Form, you can find instructions below:

1) Navigate to the registration page for the tournament

2) Click "Entries"

3) Hit Edit next to the entry for which you are attempting to upload the media form. 

4) Hit "choose file," under "Release Forms," and upload the filled out form there. 

You can download a blank copy of the media release form in the side bar on the tournament's Tabroom page by clicking "Media Release Form"
