Each participating school is required to recruit one judge throughout the tournament who is unaffiliated with anyone in the East Kansas district. This role can be filled by one or several people. Please help each other out as much as you are able.
The District Committee will recruit the parliamentarians for each chamber.
Preliminary chambers of the House will be set with a goal of 18-21 students per chamber and a maximum of 24 students.
Schools will be given the opportunity, if they choose, to assign chamber groupings to their students. However, "group 3" may or may not be placed in House 3.
Super Session breaks will be set depending on the number of preliminary House chambers with a target of 18-20 students in Super Session.
Prelim chambers will each have 1 parliamentarian throughout plus 2 scorers per session. Super Session will have 1 parliamentarian plus at least 2 scorers.
