Heart Of Texas District Qualifier

for the 2022 National Tournament

World Schools Team

As per the Unified Manual, the two Heart of Texas Nationals World Schools Teams will be selected AFTER the district tournament has concluded. Students who are interested in competing as a part of a hybrid team for WSD Nats MUST compete at the district tournament in some other event AND coaches should indicate those students' interest on the below form. Students who end up qualifying in an event at the district MAY compete on the World Schools Team, but they MUST have filled out a Single Entry Letter of Intent that indicates their preference for WSD. Coaches should know that entering a student as a potential competitor on the HOT WSD team implies that YOU are willing to serve as a HOT WSD coach and/or fill the HOT WS judging obligation at Nationals. 

The district committee will announce the WSD teams and coaches within a week of the district tournament concluding.
