Judge Instructions

1). Coaches and judges should report to the judges' room [ https://zoom.us/j/98576004029?pwd=M2d5bVZNVDQ1SkdmeURkdURGbkRLZz09] by 7:30. Coaches with drops or changes should report them there. Coaches whose schools have payment issues can settle them there. No other check-in is necessary. Basic judge instructions will be reviewed at that time.

2). Judges should press start as soon as they receive ballots. The start time on pairings is the topic announcement time; do not expect students in the room until 20 minutes past that time. Please please please vote as soon as you decide on a winner; you can write comments later. We encourage but do not require disclosure.

4). Judges will not judge every round. We can't promise when you will judge. Judges are obligated for the first elimination round and one round past the demise of their school's last entry.
