The Thunderville Debate Tournament will use the NSDA Diversity and Inclusion Legislation. The Docket will be set starting at the beginning with the first piece of legislation.  The Super Congress Docket will be fixed starting with the last piece of legislation and going backward in order.

We will also be utilizing direct questioning in the FINAL Congress round. Procedures for direct questioning can be reviewed below on page 8 of the Congress Debate Guide.
