Carolina West District Qualifier

for the 2022 National Tournament

Payment Information

Please make your checks out to CAROLINA WEST NFL (not Carolina West NSDA).  Checks should be received by Wednesday 3/9.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. All fees will freeze after 5 PM Monday, February 28th.  Whatever you owe at that time will be your final bill unless you drop a judge.  Dropped judges will incur additional fees but dropped students will result in only the loss of the original entry fee.

2.  Checks should be processed by your school or booster club after invoices become final on February 28th.  Please text a picture of your check to (828) 273-8986 or email it to keith.pittman@asheville.k12.nc.us .  We must have a picture of the check or the check itself before you may compete.  Please have that picture sent by Friday afternoon at the end of the school day.

3. Please mail your check to the following address.  Do not mail it to any other address. Checks should arrive by Wednesday 3/9.
