Congress

Congress legislation will be taken from the Wyoming State database corresponding to competitors who are entered in the tournament. Competitors outside of Wyoming wishing to have legislation considered must submit bills to wyominglegislation@gmail.com using the instructions below by December 15,2021. Super Congress legislation will be taken from the semi and final Nationals dockets. We will distribute these during the week prior to the tournament.

Submitting Legislation

1. Please email Congress legislation from your team 2 weeks before each tournament OR by the date that the tournament director states in their invitation to:wyominglegislation@gmail.com.

2. Email each legislation in pdf format and name as follows:
