TENTATIVE Debate schedule - START TIMES

(Look for messages with round assignments a bit before these times)

Round 1 - 9:00 AM

Round 2 - 10:30 AM

Round 3 ("Flight 1") - 12:00 Noon

Round 3 ("Flight 2") - 1:15 PM

Round 4: 2:45 PM

Round 5 4:15 PM (if time permits)

NOTE - Round 3 is a "split shift round".  Half the debaters and judges will participate in rounds during Round 3 (Flight 1), while the other half will participate during Round 3 (Flight 2). 

Be sure to observe what flight you are participating in.  The email message you get from Tabroom will have this information.

Flight 1 participants - leave room as soon as the round is over and the judge has entered the decision (win/loss and speaker points).  Judges - if you want to discuss the round after entering the ballot, please do so outside the room so that Flight 2 can start in a timely manner.

Flight 2 participants - show up to your room 10 minutes before start time.  Wait outside room until the Flight 1 round is complete and participants have exited.

Please eat lunch during your "off" period.
