COVID-19 Policies

Proof of Vaccination

If you will be on campus at any point during the tournament, you must provide proof of vaccination by 12/30. There are absolutely no exceptions to this unless there is a legitimate, formal, and documented exemption. 

Coaches should upload pictures of debaters' vaccination cards. 

For coaches and judges who plan on being on-campus, please email photos of the cards to coaches@hwdebate.org with the name of the individual in the subject line (eg: Mike Bietz Vaccination Card)

Masks

Masks must be worn at all times, except while eating or drinking.
