coin flips

If debaters have already debated in the prelims, the sides should be set to the opposite side.

Coinflips are handled online - 5 minutes after the pairing has been released tabroom will flip a coin and determine the winner of the fliip.   The student will receive a blast about the coinflip and by using their tabroom account the winner will have the opportunity to choose their side.  After two minutes of time if no decision is made the other debate will have the opportunity to choose their side.  If no debater chooses either entry can choose.

If the whole system blows up, report to your zoom meeting room and the judges can flip a coin.

^this system relies on students having linked tabroom accounts, if they don't the elims are a great time to fix that.
