COVID Protocol

Covid Safety Protocols - Saved by the Bell Tower Classic Tournament

We will be utilizing the Saint Mary’s Hall on-campus protocol for the in-person portion of our hybrid tournament. What will this look like? 

Masks - Masks are required for all participants, coaches, judges, and parents, regardless of vaccination status. Performers are allowed to take off masks while performing, but must be distanced 6-feet away from the judges and any partner while unmasked. Once the performance has concluded, the performer(s) must put on a mask. There will be no observers in the room(s); only competitors and judges. 

Social Distancing - We will mark seats in competition rooms to best allow for social distancing of competitors and judges. We will not permit observers in any rounds, including finals. We ask that all individuals on campus for the tournament practice social distancing when navigating the hallways and shared social spaces. We know that it is very exciting to be seeing our friends in person once again - but please remember to give one another space as you interact. Students should sit at their assigned tables when eating or drinking and should try to stay in their assigned areas. 

Food Distribution - Food will be sold at concessions and provided in the dining hall. Food will be served by our on-campus food service company. You may purchase food during the following times:

Students/Competitors/Coaches:

Friday: 

• Dinner: 4pm - 8pm

Saturday: 

• Breakfast: 7:30am - 10:30am
• Lunch: 10:30am - 6pm

Judges: 

Friday: 

• Dinner: 6pm - 7:30pm

Saturday: 

• Breakfast: 7:00am - 8:30am
• Lunch: 12pm - 1:30pm

Sanitization - Student volunteers will wipe down surface areas in competition rooms after every round before the next round begins. We will provide hand sanitizer throughout the school. 

It is imperative that we follow these guidelines to the best of our ability within our space. The utmost care will be taken to provide the safest environment possible for all in-person participants.
