All rounds follow NPDL-TOC rules, except as specified below.

 

Open Round 3

Prep: 20 minutes

PMC: 6 minutes, given by the first Government speaker
PM CX: 1 minute, first Government speaker answers Opposition questions

LOC: 7 minutes, given by the first Opposition speaker
LO CX: 1 minute, first Opposition speaker answers Government questions

MGC: 7 minutes, given by the second Government speaker
MG CX: 1 minute, second Government speaker answers Opposition questions

MOC: 7 minutes, given by the second Opposition speaker
MO CX: 1 minute, second Opposition speaker answers Government questions

LOR: 4 minutes, given by the first Opposition speaker

PMR: 5 minutes, given by the first Government speaker

 

Open Round 4

Prep: 15 minutes

PMC: 7 minutes, given by the first Government speaker
PM CX: first Government speaker answers Opposition questions

LOC: 8 minutes, given by the first Opposition speaker
LO CX: first Opposition speaker answers Government questions

MGC: 8 minutes, given by the second Government speaker
MG CX: second Government speaker answers Opposition questions

MOC: 8 minutes, given by the second Opposition speaker
MO CX: second Opposition speaker answers Government questions

LOR: 4 minutes, given by the first Opposition speaker

PMR: 5 minutes, given by the first Government speaker

Each side has a combined 2 minutes to CX the other side's speakers. The side asking the questions can divide up this time between its two CX periods however it chooses.

 

Open Round 5

Prep: 15 minutes

PMC: 7 minutes, given by the first Government speaker
PM CX: 1 minute, first Government speaker answers Opposition questions

LOC: 8 minutes, given by the first Opposition speaker
LO CX: 1 minute, first Opposition speaker answers Government questions

MGC: 8 minutes, given by the second Government speaker
MG CX: 1 minute, second Government speaker answers Opposition questions

MOC: 8 minutes, given by the second Opposition speaker
LOR: 4 minutes, given by the first Opposition speaker
MO CX: 1 minute, second Opposition speaker answers Government questions

PMR: 5 minutes, given by the first Government speaker
