Judging Obligations

A single judge may cover up to three obligations that do not occur at the same time:

- Speech ($100/missing judge); 1 judge for every six entries or less

- Debate ($150 per missing judge for LD/PF, Congress; may not buy out CX obligations)

      Requirements for CX/LD/PF: 1 judge for every two entries or less

All judges must be available for the full duration of the event they are covering.
