Lincoln-Douglas Debate

Novice LD will use the following topic.  Resolved: States ought to eliminate their nuclear arsenals.

JV and Varsity LD will use the following topic: Resolved: The member nations of the World Trade Organization ought to reduce intellectual property protections for medicines.

Public Forum Debate

All Public Forum divisions will use the following topic. Resolved: The North Atlantic Treaty Organization should substantially increase its defense commitments to the Baltic states. 

Policy Debate

All Policy divisions will use the following topic. Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its protection of water resources i the United States.

Policy Novice debaters are expected to be debating using the materials available in the Rookie Novice packet. Because there will be only one round of novice debate, ALL novice debaters will be debating in the Rookie Novice Division at this tournament
