6pm-9pm - Registration - If you have paid fees in full, you only need to do online registration on tabroom. If you owe money, you must visit our registration room on classrooms.cloud to pay your remaining balance via credit card. 

Saturday

8am - Make sure all your students and judges are awake and ready for the day

8:30am - Judges Meeting and Session 1 Pairings 

9:00am - Students check-in to chambers for Session 1

9:30am-12:00pm - Session 1

12:45pm - Session 2 Pairings 

1:00pm - Students check-in to chambers for Session 2

1:30pm-4:00pm - Session 2

5:00pm - Session 3 Pairings 

5:15pm -Students check-in to chambers for Session 3

5:30pm-8:00pm - Session 3

Sunday

8:30am - Make sure all your students and judges are awake and ready for the day

9:00am - Semis Pairings

9:15am - Students check-in to chambers for Semis

9:30am-12:00pm - Semis
