CHSSA Middle School State Championship

2021 — Online, CA/US

Classrooms.Cloud (Virtual Rooms) Info

This weekend, our tournament will be taking place on Classrooms.cloud - this platform utilizes Zoom for all virtual rooms, so please be sure to have all judges and students download the latest version of Zoom.

Please note - you must have a linked Tabroom account to log into Classrooms.cloud. Every judge and competitor must be linked to an email address! Please try to ensure any unlinked students and judges are linked as soon as possible!

To see if you have unlinked students, please go to Competitors tab under your institution on Tabroom. You can access this by clicking your email address in the upper right corner of Tabroom.com. If you manage one institution, you will automatically be brought to your school's page. If you manage several institutions, select the one you want to view on the right side of the page.

On the Competitors tab, you can tell a student is unlinked if they have no email address listed next to their name on your roster. This link should be helpful to you if you are having trouble getting students linked. This video is also helpful!

We will be contacting any coaches with unlinked entries tomorrow afternoon to ensure all entries are linked prior to the start of the tournament on Friday.

When going to Classrooms.cloud this weekend, your students and judges may be asked to login to the website if they have never attended a tournament hosted by Classrooms.cloud before. To login, they should enter the exact email and password associated with their Tabroom account. If you, your judges, or your students encounter an error message saying that you are not associated with the tournament, it is likely a result of one of these problems:

1) You've logged into Classrooms.cloud using a different email than the one that is linked to your Tabroom account. To fix this, log out of Classrooms.cloud (you can log out via the blue strip on the error page) and log back in using the EXACT email and password that you use to log in to your Tabroom account.

2) You've logged into Classrooms.cloud with a different Tabroom account than the one that is linked to your student or judge profile. This may happen if you have multiple Tabroom accounts that you use. To fix this, double check that you are logging into Tabroom and Classrooms.cloud with the email and password or the account that is associated with this tournament.

We will be providing a link that your judges and students can use to practice logging into Classrooms.cloud prior to the start of the tournament! Keep a look out for that email! Additionally, the link for the main Classrooms.cloud page for our tournament will be posted on Tabroom prior to the start of round 1 on Friday.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out!
