Is there wifi available for guests?

Due to the constraints on the school’s broadband, the WiFi will only be available for competitors needing it for their competition. Coaches of those events can request the code in the academic tab room.

How will awards be announced and delivered?
|
Awards will be posted to the presentation which will run on continuous display on the projector in the cafeteria.
The physical awards will be labeled with the students name and school and placed in the appropriate bag in
the academic tab room.

How will verification for speech events be done?
|
Results for speech events will be entered into the program and ballots made available for coaches in the academic tab
room. Students will not be allowed in the tab room under any circumstances to protect the confidentiality of scores.

|
Results for academic events will be made available for coaches in the academic tab room.
Students will not be allowed in the tab room under any circumstances to protect the confidentiality of scores.

Can I watch my students participate in their event(s)?
|
Coaches, parents, and students may watch speakers during their round if seating is available. However, if any coaching occurs in the room, the student will be disqualified per UIL rules.

What if I found something that was lost or if I’ve lost something?
|
Please take the lost item to guest services, located in the cafeteria.
