Using Tabroom.com

Instructions for receiving emails or texts for postings:

1. From asu.tabroom.com, click the SIGN UP button in the upper right corner. Enter all the necessary info to create the account.

2. If you are a student, you can link yourself permanently by doing the following step. After creating your account, login at tabroom.com. Look in the right hand column, near the bottom of the page for LINK YOUR ACCOUNT TO A STUDENT and select it. You will now receive texts and/or emails any time a posting comes out that has your name

3. If you just want to receive text/email updates for certain competitors for our tournament, after you login to tabroom.com, head to asu.tabroom.com, then click the LIVE UPDATES tab in the middle of the screen. From there you can use the right hand column to navigate to the school, student, or entries that you want updates for.

Instructions for Judges:

Setup

1. From asu.tabroom.com, click the SIGN UP button in the upper right corner. Enter all the necessary info to create the account.

2. After creating your account, login at tabroom.com. Look in the right hand column, near the bottom of the page for LINK YOUR ACCOUNT TO A JUDGE and select it

3. If you have been entered as a judge by your school at our tournament, you will see your name, your school's name, and Southwest Championship @ Arizona State listed - click to Claim yourself. You will now receive ballots. IF you encounter problems at this step, simply email southwest.championship@gmail.com and tell us 1. you want to receive electronic ballots and 2. the email address you used to signup at tabroom.com

Using online ballots - login to tabroom.com, any ballots you have been assigned should appear front and center with a START ROUND button next to it. If you do not see the ballot immediately, click your email address at the top of the screeen OR look for CURRENT JUDGING AND PANELS in the right hand column. Important note: Make sure you CONFIRM your ballot after you enter it!

Receiving texts or emails - by default, the system will email you when you receive a ballot. From the PROGILE link at the top of the page, you can toggle on texts by entering your phone number. You can also toggle off emails by clicking the radio button next to No Emails.
