Equity Office Process

• Must download Equity Office form as a word document, DO NOT submit or fill out as a google doc. This is for privacy reasons, no google docs will be accepted, only word documents that are attached to an email to the equity officers.
• Form is submitted
• The Equity Office will evaluate the form
• If interviews need to be conducted the Equity Office will contact the necessary individuals
• A resolution will be submitted to the Tournament Director
• The Tournament Director will inform the person that submitted the form of the decision that has been made.
• *** If a form is submitted anonymously no further communication will occur.
