Fees and Deadlines

All schools must submit their contestant entry (except for Congress) by Friday, March 19 at 3 pm. If you wish to add new entries after that date and time, please contact the Tournament Director. Selection titles/authors and judge information can be entered after this deadline, but you must enter the names of contestants, events, and partners by 3 pm on Friday, March 19.

Since we are holding the preliminary session of Congress on Friday, March 19, Congress entries must be submitted by Wednesday, March 17 at 3 pm.

Fees:
Entry Fee: $8 per person per event

Judge Information:
Entry deadline: Thursday, March 25 at 12 pm
Requirements:
Congress: schools are not required to provide judges, but we will ask for volunteers.
Debate: 1 judge per every 2 entries
Speech: 1 judge per every 4 entries

Once a judge is entered, you may designate if they are part-time judges. Once entered, click on "all rounds". If a judge is not available for a particular day, click "Unavailable". Important note: the ratios above apply to EVERY ROUND of the tournament. So, if a school owes 3 debate judges, then they owe 3 debate judges every round. If one of your judges is not available on Thursday, you must find a judge that is available on Thursday to cover those rounds.

Drop Fees and Deadlines:
Contestant drops before 3 pm on Tuesday, March 23 will result in a full refund of fees.
Drops after 3 pm on Tuesday, March 23 will result in a loss of entry fee plus a penalty of $8 per person per event.

Coaches will have access to make changes to their contestant entry via tabroom until 3 pm on Wednesday, March 24. After 3 pm, all changes must be made ivia email to the tournament director.
